For an experienced hand who can read the plan, lead the crew, and keep quality moving in the right direction.

At least five years of welding experience
Experience leading and supervising a crew
Ability to read and work from blueprints
Experience with stick welding
Experience with MIG welding
Experience using a cutting torch
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willing to travel and work out of town

What to expect

Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed
Travel: Out-of-town work; lodging and/or per diem provided
Gear: Welding hood and gloves provided; steel toes recommended if you like your toes
Hiring test: Hands-on welding and torch-cutting skills test required
Certifications: Not required—proven hands-on ability is enough
